I read an article that said Barcelona couldn't register Aguero, Depay and Garcia as they have exceeded their wage limit is this true?

With Messi, as his contract has expired, will he still receive a wage from the club or does it automatically stops upon expiration?

{Ed002's Note - He is not contracted to the club so his income is limited to endorsements at the moment. It will resume when he re-signs or moves elsewhere.}
