Hi Ed002,
I have just read that Milan have now been purchased.
Is this the "issue" awaiting confirmation for Sead Kolašinac?
Can we presume that Milan will now become big spenders this summer?

{Ed002's Note - Yes it is. I would expect significant changes to come at Milan but they are constrained by very tough FFP rules so will need to balance the books.}
