With Real seemingly about to get Mbappe does this mean one of their forward players is likely to leave?

They seem very over stocked with Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema, Asensio, Vinicius and now Mbappe as well.

Even with Morata leaving is anyone else expected to go, and if so, who?

Cheers in advance.

{Ed002's Note - If Mbappe were to join the Benzema and probably Asensio will be gone.}

Ed002 is it possible if Mbappe doesn't go to Real Madrid that he goes to Arsenal or City or Barcelona instead? or is it more likely he just stays at Monaco another year?

Thank you again.

{Ed002's Note - If Neymar leaves it is possible that Barcelona could look to him but he would not be first choice. I would discount the others.}

Secretly very sad about that answer hahaha. Would love one of these young players to come to Arsenal.

Thank you Ed002.

Hi Eds,

The Neymar thing is puzzling me a little.

I was under the impression that Neymar was seen as the future of Barca, that they were going to build a team around him and that if anyone was going to be "cashed in on" it would be Messi.

We all know just how much power Messi wields at Barcelona so I was wondering whether he has put his foot down once again and said he is not interested in going and everyone at the club is toeing the Messi line and are now considering letting Neymar go.

I may have this all wrong so i'm ready for the abuse if I am but it puzzles me that they would let Neymar go and not Messi. Messi is undoubtedly incredibly talented but at 5 years older than Neymar and still likely to command a similar, if not higher, fee at this point it would make sense to sell him to me.

Thanks in advance Eds, all the best.

{Ed002's Note - It is not related to Messi that a move is being considered but other matters.}

002, is it as simple as "Naymar wants to be the single star of a team" as we are reading elsewhere, or is it something deeper than that?

I'm not asking for specifics, just clearance on whether a footballer is actually that bothered about something which to others wouldn't matter a bit, while playing in one of the top teams in the world and winning trophies year on year.

Evening,

Same question as I posed elsewhere.

What is the situation with Geronimo Rulli? Seems a bit of a strange one, being on loan from Deportivo Maldonado to Real Sociedad for 2 seasons.

Is it a case of Deportivo hoping that his value increases before selling, or is the player looking for a bigger move than Real Sociedad?

He has been performing well by all accounts, is he well thought of? Is there a destination lined up for him? Or will he be heading back to Uruguay next season?

Cheers in advance.

{Ed002's Note - There is no "situation" with Rulli, he is on loan until the summer and then he will be sold. Valencia might still be interested. Manchester City looked at him with a view to loaning him out until he could get a work permit or European passport. That won't happen.}

Hi,

What's the situation with Cedric Soares? He's on loan from Soton to Inter at the moment with an option to buy.

Is it pretty much nailed on that he will complete that move in the summer or will he be available?

I think he would be an excellent option for Liverpool as a backup RB which I believe the club are looking for. He was solid at Soton, plays in a way that would suit Klopp and has Prem experience.

Cheers in advance.

RedDawn

{Ed002's Note - Inter Milan intend to buy him for €12M if they know they can sell him on at a profit else he will return to Southampton to be sold. Liverpool has no interest in him.}

Cheers for the response Ed.

Shame Liverpool have no interest, he seems like he would be a good option at RB for them.

Cheers again.

{Ed002's Note - But he is just a random player - there are lots of others out there as well.}
